If you are at the ‘Save Workout’ Screen:
- After tapping ‘Finish’ at the top right-hand corner of the screen, the ‘Save Workout’ page will appear
2. Select ‘Duration,’ and a scroll list will pop up
3. Scroll up to find the amount of time you desire
4. Once you have found the time you want, tap on the background of the ‘Save Workout’ screen, which will bring you out of the scroll list, and tap ‘Save’
If you have already saved the workout:
- Tap the completed workout in which you would like to adjust the time
2. It will open the ‘Workout Detail’ page
3. Select the three dots at the top right-hand side of the page
4. Select ‘Edit Workout’
5. The ‘Edit Workout’ page will come up, then select ‘Duration,’
6. Scroll up the list and find the desired time. Tap on the background of the ‘Edit Workout’ page, which will bring you out of the scroll list and back to the ‘Edit Workout’ and tap ‘Save’
