Android:
- Tap the gear icon at the top right-hand side of the profile tab
- Select ‘Google Fit’
- Tap ‘Connect to Google Fit’
- Once you have completed a workout, the workout will get sent to Google Fit with a rough estimate of how many calories were burned in the workout. (It will only log workouts from Hevy as ‘Strength Training’)
iOS:
- Tap the gear icon at the top right-hand side of the profile tab
- Select ‘Apple Health’
- Enable ‘Apple Health – Active Calories’
- Once you have completed a workout, the workout will get sent to Apple Health with a rough estimate of how many calories were burned in the workout. (It will only log workouts from Hevy as ‘Strength Training’)
Apple Watch:
If you sync your Apple Watch with Hevy, you will be able to see the calories you are burning live in Hevy on your phone. When synced, the calories displayed in Hevy will be calculated by Apple Health and will take more factors into account when estimating the calories burned.
Make sure you have the Apple Health – Active Calories Integration turned on ( This can be found in settings > Apple Health)
