1. When logging a barbell exercise, select the weight input, and input the desired weight
2. Tap the ‘Calculator’ button that appears above the keyboard
3. Select all the plates that are available to you and the bar weight you are using (will highlight in blue when selected)
4. The calculator will show you the correct plate arrangement to achieve the desired weight
Example:
The weight you would like to lift: 50lbs
Select the following:
Plates Available: 35, 25, 10, 5
Bar Weight: 20lbs
Results:
10lbs plate + 5lbs plate on each side of a 20lb barbell to get 50lbs.
