Create Custom Exercises
A fitness app that can create custom exercises is an excellent feature because it allows you to log all your physical activities. It is simple to create a custom exercise, tap ‘Create’ in the top right-hand corner of the exercise screen, then add all the details (name, type, equipment, and muscles) and add a picture if desired.
